根据《深圳市防台风防汛紧急动员令》(2025年1号),超强台风“桦加沙”将于23日夜间到24日非常靠近我市,预计9月23日夜间起对我市造成严重风雨浪潮洪影响。为做好超强台风防御工作,坚持人民至上、生命至上,经市委、市政府研究决定,我市于2025年9月23日18时起在全市启动防台风和防汛一级应急响应。为切实保障师生生命财产安全和校园稳定运行,经校区研究,现就有关事项通知如下:
一、9月23日14时起全校停工停课。请各教学单位负责通知本单位师生停课,各部门通知本部门教职工停工。复工复课事宜将按市里统一要求另行通知。
二、各单位要切实把防台风工作作为当前首要任务和头等大事,把师生生命安全放在第一位,按照校区应急预案的相应工作要求,进一步落实落细具体各项防御措施,全力确保师生人身和集体财产的安全。校区后勤保障人员按相关工作要求在岗保障。
三、请全体师生增强自我保护意识,及时关注气象部门台风信号,台风期间停止不必要户外活动,确保人身安全。
四、校区于23日至24日安排相关领导及部门24小时应急值守。如遇紧急情况,请拨打校区应急办24小时值班电话0755-26033456。

Urgent Notice on Work and Class Suspension
To All Departments, Colleges, and Schools:
According to the "Shenzhen Emergency Mobilization Order for Typhoon and Flood Prevention" (No. 1, 2025), the Super Typhoon Ragasa is expected to approach very close to our city from the night of the 23rd to the 24th. Starting from the night of September 23, it is projected to cause severe impacts from wind, rain, tides, and flooding. To ensure effective defense against the super typhoon, adhering to the principles of prioritizing people and lives, the municipal committee and government have decided to activate the Level I emergency response for typhoon and flood prevention across the entire city starting from 18:00 on September 23, 2025.
1. To safeguard the lives and property of faculty and students and ensure the stable operation of the campus, the university campus has decided on the following measures:
All work and classes will be suspended across the campus starting from 14:00 on September 23. Colleges are responsible for notifying their faculty and students of the class suspension, and administrative departments are to notify their staff of the work suspension. Arrangements for resuming work and classes will be announced separately in accordance with municipal requirements.
2. All units must treat typhoon prevention as the top priority and primary task, placing the safety of faculty and students above all else. In accordance with the campus emergency response plan, further detailed defensive measures should be implemented to ensure the safety of individuals and collective property. Campus logistics support staff will remain on duty as required.
3. All faculty and students are advised to enhance self-protection awareness, stay updated with typhoon signals from meteorological departments, and avoid unnecessary outdoor activities during the typhoon to ensure personal safety.
4. The campus will arrange for relevant leaders and departments to be on 24-hour emergency duty from the 23rd to the 24th. In case of emergencies, please contact the campus emergency office at 0755-26033456 (24-hour hotline).
